Who we are

CONEKTAH is an ecosystem of connections, development and impact that brings people, companies, organizations and communities together. This policy applies to conektah.com.

What this site collects

Expression-of-interest form. What you type (name, email, organization and goal) is not stored by the site or sent to any server. The site only prepares a message that opens in your email app; it is sent only if you confirm. When you send it, we receive the email at conexao@conektah.com.

Assessment and community builder. Your answers stay in your browser during the visit and are not stored.

Opportunities dashboard. The site reads aggregated totals from CONEKTAH platforms. None of your data is sent in that request.

Fonts and images are hosted on the site itself, with no third-party services.

Cookies. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Hosting logs. The hosting provider may log technical data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation.

How we use it

To reply to the messages you send us.

Legal bases (Brazil’s LGPD)

Steps taken at your request (art. 7, V) and legitimate interest in replying to contacts (art. 7, IX).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Only the providers needed to run the site, such as hosting and email providers, may process data on our behalf.

Retention

Messages are kept as long as needed to respond and maintain the relationship, or to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. Write to conexao@conektah.com.

Community platforms

Each CONEKTAH community (for example, CONEKTAH Jaguaré, in Portuguese) has its own sign-up, login and privacy policy.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows the current version.
